Photobooks

In my last semester at Rice, I took a photobook making class with one of my favorite professor at Rice, Geoff Winningham. With some whimsical photo sessions while I was wandering on streets in Houston & cities where I did grad school visits, I made two photobooks, C'est Moi and The Great Unnamed.

During the final critique, a renowned photographer (and mother of the Wilson brothers), Laura Wilson, joined our class as a guest critic and she really liked my photobooks and said C'est Moi is her favorite photobook of the class... (Insert a bragging face here, lol)

I still actively take pictures of random (funny) things these days even though I'm always on that PhD struggle bus, and you can see those pictures here.

Ceramics

In summer 2017, I started learning ceramics and carried on making some cups/bowls/plates at Caltech's ceramic class. You can see more of my work if you scroll. However, COVID came and I stopped making these things for a while.
